    Is there a way to Restore my registry 2 or more days ago?

    I have tried Scanreg/ restore and this is what it reads:

    Windows Registry Checker

    Usage: SCANREG [/Option]

    option

    ? :Display Usage
    Backup :Backup the registry and related system configuration files.
    Restore : Choose a backup to restore
    Comment="comment"
    : Adds the specified comment to the CAB file while backing up.

    C:

    from here I'm stuck. what do I need to type to restore my registry.
