    FIGURED IT OUT, thanks though....

The task bar is missing on my friends computer, this is after a spybot, hijackthis (yes i know what is what), and norton. I used the regedit to take out the Stuckrects entry...

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
    \StuckRects

Which fixed it before, but now it's come back up again. I can't figure out what keeps adding that to the registry. Because I did this a couple days ago and it fixed it fine, but now if I delete the entry and reboot it's back on. If anyone knows anything about this or can help, thanks.
