I have Norton Utilities which has just told me I have 4 items in quarantine,it also said that they could not be repaired, what would happen if I told Norton to delete them, would it just delete the virus or the infected file?
One virus is one which was dealt with previously by Norton and has re-appeared(,Badtranse-B,)the other was connected to something called Napster.
I will be grateful for any advice.
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

    Depends on what they are.
If they are Windows files they can be restored, if they are the viruses', they can be deleted.
    What are they called?

I don't see an extension, but they certainly look like BadTrans files to me: Kernel32.exe and Kdll.dll.

I say: off with their heads!

    Good luck,
