[Resolved] Win98SE Cannot create "New Folder"

    This happened after crash during an app install/upgrade....
    I can't figure out what happened to my drop down menu items for all explorer folders? I can't even create a new folder using the right click method. I can however create a new folder when saving a download by clicking on the little folder with the star on it. Here is a pic of my problem...

    I've spent alot of time on MS Support site and never really hit the key words in the search. I didn't install or run, IE with the Windows Desktop Update component, to get the problem. I think it was an Winamp update that made this happen (did alot of updating that particular day). The Reg key was missing nonetheless, I added it and everything was there again.
