I had an evaluation version of winzip 8.1 and am trying to delete everything from it.
I have been able to delete everything Except 1 file in the folder named "winzip"
When I try to delete it, I get the cannot remove file access denied, being used... write protected.... etc. Every other item I've been able to get rid of. How or can I get rid of this?
    Win XP OS

Try deleting it in safe mode.

I ended up spending almost two hours on the phone with Dell, but I finally got the file off.
    Thanks for the replies.
