resource conflict

I'm having a resource conflict (code 15) between my ethernet card, and the system board extension for ACPI BIOS. The conflict seems to be in the memory range 0B9000000-1B8FFFFF. The troubleshooting wizard would have me change the settings. But, when I tried both devices said that wasn't allowed. How do I fix this?

Do not know if it is the same conflict you are having but when I installed my nic card I ended up having a conflict and had to switch the slot on the motherboard where the board was in.
