In MS Exchange 2010, I created a room mail box, so while set up a meeting, a user can select the room. It is working fine but I want to make my receptionist a delegate access. So when somebody want to book the room, then It first go to receptionist and then she will approve it. I tried to give delegate access. In the properties of Room mailbox->Resource Policy-- I added a her name, but she is not getting any email about booking room or anything like that. The rooms are getting booked straight away. I already checked the box(Forward meeting request to delegates)

    Please advice
