my computer has always ran really slow and I have tried everything I can think of to get it to go faster. Optimize. delete unnecessary files and items. I want to reset it but it tells me that I am missing a drive and when i tried to just do a refresh after trying that it says my windows is locked...I'm not really computer knowledgeable with computers and I don't have any idea what I'm doing. It says it has no melware or viruses in it but it runs so slow I can't even use anything on it because it messes up. I need it for school here and I would hate to have to buy a new one if it's cheaper to just fix this one...please help me.

I've removed your email address so it doesn't get harvested by spammers but also because all assistance is to be done here on the boards and not in private behind the scenes.

If your computer is working and is able to load its Windows 8 operating system, do the following in it:

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about your computer will appear.
Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.
