I assume that your computer came with Vista pre-installed and that you want to "Recover to factory settings."

If you can boot to the Recovery partition, do that and follow the instructions for your computer.

If you made your set of Recovery DVDs (or CDs) or bought a set from your PC manufacturer boot to the first one.
