My computer won't make any system restore points. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are there any error messages? How much free space on the drives)?

    Which OS?

    Is system restore turned on?
Do you have any imaging software installed that might interfere with system restore?

Windows 7 and I have 83.3 GB of free space. What error message should I be looking for? I am not aware of any imaging software on the computer.

System restore is better than nothing however an image backup of the system drive would be much better. System restore does nothing when your hard drive fails. With an image, you simply install a new drive and boot with the recovery usb/CD. Restore the image and you are back with a working system.

Run it and you see this

    Close the program.
Then you go into system restore and disable it.
    Reboot the computer.
Go back into system restore and enable it.

    Then try the program again.
If that doesn't work and you show the same error, I'm out of ideas.
