My daughter got a virus on her laptop which held all her photos. Of course, she didn't have them backed up. We got the virus removed and using Wondershare Data Recovery, we got tons of jpgs to sort through. Now I'm down to the hard stuff. I can see the photos clearly in the details (thumbnail) but when I try to open the jpeg, it's mostly scrambled. I've tried viewing with the default windows photo program and Picassa. Is there something I can use to make the photos come back?
