I have a friend that called me long distance. She is having problem restoring her hard drive. She put in the disk that came with the computer and everything seems to copy fine. However, when it says hit any key to reboot after the process is done, the computer just freezes. If she turns it off and on, it also just freezes.

She told me that it restores from Norton Ghost. I am thinking that she may need to partition the hard drive differently before the copy starts. I'm not real familiar with Norton Ghost. Can someone please give some advice?

    The OS is XP.
