When I click the the shortcut folder the original folder cannot be found. I believe the reason to this is because, for some reason the folder name has a "&" and "," in it. When the name of the folder was created, it appears that the folder was automatically saved to a shortcut and the original file cannot be found. Is there anyway the original file can be retrieved? Please help!

Make sure that the original folder (Target) actually exists.
Then, in the shortcut, make sure the entire shortcut is between quotation marks.
Like this: "C:\users\username\foldername" or whereever the target folder is.
