How do I move the Win 98 status bar from left, right, or top of desktop back to the bottom of the screen?

The 'status' bar is controled by clicking on View at the top of the screen and 'checking or unchecking' Status bar.

The TASK BAR can be moved by left-clicking with your mouse and draging to the position you want and releasing.
