If you want want to use your phone as a wireless access point, you may need to contact your phone provider to allow the phone to be a hotspot (I believe they charge about $10-20 a month)

I think we need some clarification.

Do you want to share the laptop's Internet connection with the phone?

Or do you want to share the phone's Internet connection with the computer?

    WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot

If you have a wireless modem / router, just use that. If you are using an internet connection for your computer that has no wireless modem / router, then as long as you have a wireless connection on the computer, you can use it for I.C.S. but not recommended.
