My Main C drive might be on it's way out and I was thinking about switching with a 10000 rpm Hard drive. What would be a good HD for the price there price's are all over the place. I do not need a big hard drive I am just using it for Windows and some windows dependent programs. Any Ideas?

You have very little choice, there's the Western Digital Raptors and VelociRaptors and thats it unless you go SCSI and then you need expensive controller cards to go with those.

Also for value the high capacity premium drives aren't that far off in overall performance, for example the Western Digital Black series of drives. The older 10,000RPM drives are now surpassed in performance by high performance 7,200 RPM drives.

If you want a really, really fast drive then look into Solid State Drives: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/920
