    Hello everyone.

When the "track changes" option is enabled, everything I edit is color coded according to the author (as opposed to choosing a set color). This author color is red for me. How can I change the author color, so that my comments and changes appear in, say, blue. The reason I dont want to set everythign to blue, is because other people might leave comments. I want my comments to be blue, and another editors to be ered or something.

Please let me know how I can accomplish this color change. Thank you.

    From MS site here
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HA012186901033.aspx

You can change the color and other formatting that Word uses to mark changed text and graphics by clicking the arrow next to Track Changes and then clicking Change Tracking Options.

Note While you can't assign specific colors for changes made by different reviewers, each reviewer's changes appear as a different color in the document so that you can track multiple reviewers.
