    Hi,I have just bought an HP Photosmart C3180 all in one and when I try running the installation disc ,I keep getting a message- The files RGB.ICM on windows driver cabinet is needed.Type the path where the file is located.
    i have tried downloading from HP and have an application file Ai0_071_000_201_000_CDA_DriverOnly_NonNet but dont know where to put it(no jokes please) and how to use it if it is in fact the right one

    Do a search on your hard drive for that file, and point the installation to the folder where that file is found.

    thank you for responding,i have tried that and there are 2 files that show up on a search of the c drive,when i open them up to try and open the rgb.icm file there is nothing inside
