I have bought several wifi boosters of the small plug in variety but still cannot stream movies on my tv without constant buffering. I am using a Roku. I live in an apartment complex and use their wifi which works on my computer ok, but my Amazon subscription is turning out to be a waste of money. Suggestions?

Bear in mind, if you're using the complex's wifi then, doubtless, many other people are using it, too. This will limit the bandwidth available to you for streaming, hence the relatively poor performance, and this may also be exacerbated by your proximity to the wifi source.
