now my computer will not let me open PDF files. I have tried reloading (and deleting) Adobe reader and my computer is giving me an error "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

I cant uninstall either. I get the same error.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Thanks for reading and offering help.

Thank you for the reply. I am getting the same error message when I try to load a new version (from your link)
first I get error in Pic 1. then error in pic 2.
The roll back must have deleted some files they are trying to access to run this program but kept just enough so I cant reload a new one??

Thanks for your thoughts and advice. I am sure it is an easy fix, but I am currently stumped.

The 2nd error message want the "acroRead msi"

just for others reading/searching - did you run the cleaner tool ?
I was about to post - but would be useful to know if this resolved the issue

Quite a few people are missing programs when rolling back from Windows 10
