rootkit revealer output

i just used rootkitrevealer, 665 discrepencies were found, im new to this rrevealer, i kno i cant let it fix anythin auto, what do i use to fix these files?

Gathering from this page, RKR is more of a self-helping tool (in that it tells you what is on your system, but you have to search for the removal tool(s) for any infections). About 1/3 of the way down the page, there is a link to the RKR forums, which your can post your results on for some help.
