    i need to figure out how to set up router..... forgot username and password to it.

    Welcome to TSG
    If you have a user's manual or help cd,that should lead you through the setup process.
    Once connected,to find the IP address of the router
    Start/run type in cmd

    On the next screen type in
    ipconfig /all
    The default gateway address(ie,192.168.1.1) is the ip address of your router.
    As you go through the setup process,and if you are going to use encryption ,select WPA if available.WEP is the lesser alternative as it is easier to crack by hackers.
