RPG Maker for PSX... Is there a PC equivalent?

    Nah, I mean something like that, but to design, compile, and distibute games on PC.

    Of course there are. C++, Visual Basic. GO to the book store there are tons of game programming guides.....I used to make DOOM and DN game levels all the time. There are level editors out there for most of the current popular games.

    There is something like that...its called RPG Maker .I dont have a link but you should try searching for it in a search engine.

    I am assuming you want something easy to use (I have never used RPG maker so bear with me)

    Try "Blades of Exile". Crummy graphics but should work. Other games to check out are "Arcanum: Something or Other" and "Vampire: Something or Other" (can't recall the exact names)
    There are probably some other RPGs that include an editor, but those are the ones I can think of now.
