Pls Help excel vba codes.

I wish to find out hourly HIGH and LOW. my data is in following columns.

Stock name in A1 to A100
I have HIGH VALUE in column "B1 to B100"
I have LOW VALUE in column "C1 to C100"
and LIVE PRICE price in column "D1 to D100"


I wish to find out hourly HIGH and LOW means at


LIVE PRICE will keep moving up / down in Column D1 to D100.
but if LIVE PRICE > HIGH VALUE then HIGH VALUE should get replace by LIVE PRICE.


OR

but if LIVE PRICE is < LOW VALUE then LOW VALUE should get replace by LIVE PRICE.

Pls refer excel sheet attachment.
There will be 50 stock in columns "A"

Hi, welcome to the forum,

what do you mean by 'Run Macros in background continuously'?

If this runs the whole time you will not be able to use Excel for anything else or enter other values.
How are the stock values been filled?

I think you need to add a little more information

Stock values will be available in column head Live Price - ( real time prices ).
i wish to record hourly high and low.
