run- time error 429 message

    Hi there,when I log on I get the following message

    Real Time

    Run-time error '429:'
    Active X componant
    can't create object
    ok

    and Realtime appears in the taskbar
    and clears when you click ok

    Any Ideas of a fix

    Try stopping Realtime from running when your computer starts.

    Thanks for your very quick reply, how do I stop Real time as requested.

    Open Run > type "msconfig" without the quotes > Click on the start up tab > Uncheck the box next to the entry for Realtime > Click okay. This will stop Realtime from running at startup.

    tried instructions you sent but my computor made me reset on start up

    I dont remember using real time for anything could I remove it and then if something I download requires it to run then download there recommended version ?

    Yes, you could remove it and see if that works.
