Hi, I'm running an old IBM Aptiva win95. I was trying to use an app called Registry Mechanic but I'm getting a message that says

    Run-time error '429'

    ActiveX component can't create object.

What does this mean? And what can I do about it, if anything. I'm a platform runt, so I don't know too much, but I'm taking cyber vitamins and surfing in cyber sunshine, so maybe there's hope.
