run time error - debug

very often when on the Internet, I get a message which says:
"A run time error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?"
I also comes with another message called
MS Script Editor [Break]. I have no idea what any of this means.
There is also mention of a line 7 or 73.
I have a dell 8200 - windows xphome - IE 6. thank you...

Missfuffy,
I also get the "Runtime Error" like you. with an error statement;
Error:'SymRealWinOpen' is undefined.
Have you received a suggestion as to the problem?
