rundll32.exe n shutdown prob

    hey frnds my system is come with unique probs iv seen till nw..

    whn ever i run an application or try openin control panel or try 2 instal somethin this window pops up

    windows cannot access the specified device,path or file.you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

    after usin comp for a while this window pops up system gets shutdown..

    windows will restart as remort procedure call(rpc) was terminated

    what am i supposed to do..pls can some one help

    The first thing I would do is check for malware. Suggest you post a HiJackThis log in this site's Malware forum. the instructions are at the top.

    It's also possible that rundll32.exe is corrupted, but it can be replaced. I recommend you check for malware first, though.
