Everytime I shutdown my computer I get an error message saying that rundll32.exe is not repsonding and I have to press end task in order for my computer to turn off. I have a compaq presario laptop and I am running Windows XP Professional. I have already checked my computer for any spyware by using spybot and adware. Can you please help get this off of my computer? I ran my computer throught highjackthis and this is what I came up with. If you have any suggestions for me I would really appreciate it!! I'm giving this computer to my cousin who will be attending college soon. I want this computer to be like new with no viruses or warning messages on it. Thank you so much for your help in advance!
