If I have an ISP host with dynamic IP address and running my own domain controller and DNS, is it possible for me to setup and run a MS Exchange Server 2003 on my network? If yes, can you point me to instructions on how to do so?

Many thanks in advance!

All you have to do is set up an MX record to point to your IP address or your dyndns one and open up port 25 on your router. I run one from home and it's easy to set up. Make sure you have DNS set up correctly for your public domain before installing Exchange.

Many thanks for your response. What is "MX record" and how I point to my IP address? What do you mean by "..have DNS set up correctly for your public domain.."? I also registered a domain name on the web hosted by Yahoo. Can I or how do I use that registered domain with the Exchange server?
