My PC is old and slow, but it's running even slower than it should. For instance, can no longer support streaming video - can someone please take a look at my HJT log? Thanks.

Sorry, I thought my profile info would show.
    Dell
    Windows 2000
    1300 MHz
    256 RAM (RDRAM)
    Norton 2006

I know 256 isn't much, but video I could view a month ago now takes forever to load. My computer is 5-6 years old and has RDRAM, so I'm not really interested in upgrading the hardware. I'd rather streamline it for what I need (surfing, pics and itunes is about it) until I can afford to buy a new PC. ThanksAgain

I never look there as many people post for other people's systems.

You're right 256 isn't much especially if your video is using some of it.

I'd dump Norton, that can slow systems way down. You can get AVG for free. Also, you can remove some things that are running at start up (the 04 items).
