Running version of explorer

    you've helped before and I joined. Can you help again? My task manager tells me there is a version of exploer running at 86%, but I'm not loggged on to the internet. I do have comcast cable internet, I've unplugged everything, rebotted a 100 times. Any ideas? I got into big troubl the last time I deleted somethng I should haven't. Should I ignore the message and "end task?":confused:

    I'm not exactly sure if its a problem with IE but you could still run a repair of it from add/remove programs. Select it from the list and select remove which will bring up three more options. Choose repair and when complete, reboot.

    It is worth a go.If no go, look at Microsoft repair page.
