Running very slow, and oddly

Hey so I've been having a lot of trouble with my computer running slowly, but only with specific things. For example it will run a game fine, and stream the internet without pause. However file explorer and windows have been having a tough time. Usually when I open either one the computer slows significantly/freezes for about two minutes. I also have the same issue when copying any text, even a single word. I've checked for malware and there seems to be nothing. I'm not close to overloading the system, and my task manager usually shows usage between 6 and 30%, and memory around 25%. I don't use many add-ons and the issue has been coming and going for several moths.
Thank you so much for any help you can offer

Hi, run System File Checker.
Click on Start - Search
Type cmd
Right click on cmd.exe - select Run as Administrator.
At the Command Prompt - Type
sfc /scannow
Press Enter.
Let it run to completion - but do not close the cmd window.
To save the log file.
Copy and Paste the following in Command Prompt.
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
Press Enter
On your desktop you will see a text file called sfcdetails.txt
