First problem or advice I need is adding volume to safe-mode with networking.

How would I do that? I have done it on Windows 7 but not XP.

    Thanks in advance.

When you say "adding volume," what exactly do you mean? Adding sound?

Sound and many other drivers are not loaded in Safe Mode. Use normal mode. That's what it's for.

Windows Installer won't work, either, along with most other things, like the graphics adjustments.
