I'm trying to boot into safe mode with Networking, but it does not allow me to. It only shows the "Start Windows Normally" and "Repair Console". Although, neither of these work when I try to use either of them. I tried re-installing Windows Vista and Windows XP, yet I get this error:

If I can't get into safe mode, then I cannot run the CHKDSK /F command from the CMD. Any ideas?

When you say remove and replace, you mean buy another one and put it in?

Ah, I shall try that and get back to you once the 30 seconds are over. Thanks.

EDIT: Nope, no luck. I tried re-installing Windows XP yet it loads the drivers, and then it gives me the same error, as if it was about to load the screen to create the partition.
