After removing PowerShell 1.0 from my computer via Add/Remove, I have a folder containing mostly text files pertaining to PowerShell that was not deleted. I assume I can delete the folder, but I'm not sure. The folder does contain a PowerShell.exe file, which when doubleclicked does not open anything. The main folder is labled 2ba3b40ccfc50a551aa03abc. Thank you.

Add/Remove should have removed everything, but if it didn't, if only the Powershell files are in that folder and no private files, you can delete it. Some programs do not completely delete folder, because private files created with that program are still stored there, check it.

As a caution, I would first make a System Restore point, like removing" Powershell leftovers" just in case, and then delete that folder.
