A drive running NTFS on a 2K Small Biz Server? I'm thinking it should be, but thought I'd ask the forum if they have encountered problems after the fact.

Primary drive is a 40 gig drive, which shows to be fragged quite badly.

Data drive is a 200 gig drive, which is fine.

A good third party defragmenting tool will run in the background on low CPU priority level even on mission critical servers. Its important to defragment regularly so that crashes and startup/shutdown problems can be minimized.

Well I figure they need some type defragging, I just didn't know if it was safe to use MS defrag on them.
