This started a couple days ago. When I would attempt to browse to a website, I would get "The page cannot be displayed" screen. I would hit Refresh, and could then navigate to the site.

Today it continued to get worse, now even hitting Refresh doesn't work. The system is slow, Outlook errors out constantly when sending/receiving...its just a big old mess at this point.

I already downloaded and scanned using HijackThis. What is all this junk?

Hello Debbie and welcome to T.S.G:)

run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
in case you miss anything
.....then,close all browser and outlook windows and "fix checked"

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CMESys] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII\CMESys.exe"
O4 - Global Startup: GStartup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\GMT.exe
O16 - DPF: {15589FA1-C456-11CE-BF01-00AA0055595A} - http://www.spywarenuker.com/product...erInstaller.exe

re-boot and delete:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT

Then....Spybot Search & Destroy http://beam.to/spybotsd

After installing, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows...... hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove/fix all it finds.

Reboot.
Apart from that your log is pretty clean but you could take a look here:http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm
and see if you can reduce un-necessary startups.
