Im running into a simliar issue:
    Enviornment i have:

DuoCore2,2Gig Ram, Realtek and Intel(Wireless), LinkSys VPN Router
    VISTA Ultimate, Nero 7.0.....
    Worldof Warcraft DC's in play.

This has been happening over course of the past 2 days. No update to Nero or Windows.

App Log from VIsta - Applications:
    Event ID 9013:
The Desktop Window Manager was unable to start because composition was disabled by a running application

    Event ID 9010
A request to disable the Desktop Window Manager was made by process (World of Warcraft)

THere are more log entries for this time frame of this particular problem. Symtoms before the event. Logged into Game, TeamSpeak running in background, Voice over TS is Choppy, latency in game shoots up then a DC. TS still functions with symtoms of lag.

From the looks of it it centered around the IP and or packets being sent. I had the same problems on the wire and wireless, there for it is not either connection. It looks like something else affecting IP.

I am troubleshooting as of this post.

Ill make another post if i find anything.

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.

I've created a new thread for your issue here.

    Thanks for your cooperation.
