My wireless internet is constantly disconnecting, even though it says there is excellent signal strength. It is almost impossible to have a skype conversation especially. Sometimes it reconnects on its own, and other times I have to reconnect it myself. I'm pretty technologically challenged, so I'm not sure where to go from here.

Make sure you have the latest wireless driver from Dell's web site (use your Service Tag for easier searching).

Do you have the same problem with an ethernet connection?

Please attach a screen shot of the Networks page of the Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector.

I was able to mess with it a lot last night, and it's working better for now. Maybe if I have problems again, I'll download that and attach a screen shot. I'm in China, so getting a new driver may be more difficult.

Thanks so much for your quick reply!
