Normally when I use sandboxie the message says there are folders that need to be deleted but on this account it has bookmarks, data reporting, extensions, components Systems KHlpFF and a load of other things, I haven't a clue what it all means. usually it asks for folders to be deleted which I do assuming that it is not deleting my work, things that I want. and I have been putting it off - now there is a total of 1560 files, 476 folders. Help please.

I haven't used Sandboxie for some time and others here who use Sandboxie, may need to help you.
I have only ever run the browser in Sandboxie.
Right click the browser and click 'Run Sandboxed'

You will need to check all the folders and files in Sandboxie and the ones that you know are safe - can be recovered to the same folder.
Whatever program and application that you have run Sandboxed, can be recovered in the same way.

Thank you Blues Harp for pointing me in the right direction. I will have a read and practice and although I haven't cleared the problem You have definitely signposted the way and it is therefore solved.

Valis sorry about the duplication I did notice but decided to retreat before I made things worse.
