How can I save all my favorites and I'm using google chrome? I want to restore my pc so I have to save and everything. Most stuff isn't a problem but I can't find where my favorites (web sites) is at.

Right in Chrome. Go to the 3 dot menu, then to Bookmarks, then Bookmarks Manager, then to the new 3 dot menu on that page and choose Export Bookmarks.

Or if you are signed into Chrome then you will just need to sign back in and the bookmarks and all other settings will sync back to your computer.

Or you can just backup the entire Chrome Default folder and restore it and it will bring ove not only the bookmarks but all the history, extensions, cookies, save usernames and passwords, etc. Here's a video but there's lots of other guides too:
