Scanner not sending to email

Hi!

We have a networked IR1022 printer in our work space. The scanner function is not working. When following the process of scanning to email - the IR1022 processes for a little while and then prints out a report stating that 'TX function not working'. All other functions work fine. I've run tests, unplugged, reset, etc. but no love. Any help?? :)
