I recently changed to DSL instead of dial-up. My Power Mac G3 was upgraded from 8.6 to 9.2 and memory was increased. I have owned a UMAX Astra 1220S for 6 years. Never have had a problem. I have Photoshop 5.0.2. Since the change, I have not be able to scan a photo without horrible saturation and colors on the images. Photos are covered wit green and pink shadows. Any answers?

Did you rest the gamma for PS after the new OS was installed?
You may have to reset a few different things, after a new installation like that.....
Not sure if this is the problem, but I'd check it out.
