TSG will be unavailable beginning around 2AM Eastern tonight (technically on Jan 29). One of the hard drivers in our RAID array have gone back and need to be replaced. We expect the downtime to be less than an hour. Thanks for your patience! :)

Sorry if this is a silly question, Mike, but, are they not hot-swappable? When we used to swap out drives in arrays, we would just pull them, replace and they'd rebuild in the background. Maybe because we had hot spares in the arrays?

Nope, this particular array doesn't support hot-swap. :(

Karen, don't ask too many questions. :D

I'm happy to report that the RAID seems to be happy now.
