I want to create a data management program that does the following:
I have Excel and Access but I'm a beginner in using them.

Appointment schedule with 30 minute increments color coded for weekly reserved times for private lessons with 4 instructors.

Group appointments for up to 6 clients with any of the 4 instructors.

Basic database with child/parent/address/city/state/zip/birthday/cell phone/landline phone/work phone

Daily/ weekly/ bi-monthly/ monthly/ 6 month/ Fall Team registration / Summer team registration payment schedule

Print out receipts for payment.


It's a tall order but it certainly will save some administrative time.

Peg, I have an Acess 2000 Appointments database that you could use as a starting point for your database, it is much too large to post on here so if you can Private Mail me your email address I will send it to you.
I can also provide you with some help with converting it to your use, but not very quickly as I am working on quite a few other databases at the moment.
