I want to create a data management program that does the following:
I have Excel and Access but I'm a beginner in using them.
Appointment schedule with 30 minute increments color coded for weekly reserved times for private lessons with 4 instructors.
Group appointments for up to 6 clients with any of the 4 instructors.
Basic database with child/parent/address/city/state/zip/birthday/cell phone/landline phone/work phone
Daily/ weekly/ bi-monthly/ monthly/ 6 month/ Fall Team registration / Summer team registration payment schedule
Print out receipts for payment.
It's a tall order but it certainly will save some administrative time.
