    hi,
I have noticed over the last day or two that when I am browsing the internet the entire screen is changing coulours slightly.

As I am writing this now the white background on to which I am typing as is changing between white and a very pale blue hue a bit like the colour of the scrollbars on the forum only lighter.

Everything else on the screen is also changing from its original colour to this pale blue as well.

It is doing this every 1-2 seconds.

It does not do it on the windows screen and I have not tried playing a game so I don't know if games are effected.

    Can anybody help please?

I am a beginner with computing
    thanks

It's possible your browser has been hijacked and you are running a dodgy .css filke that can cause these symptoms, to check this out please
Go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please copy & paste its contents to the forum.

It will possibly show other issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
