Screen Goes Black while Gaming

After playing a game for around 2 minutes the screen will go black. I can still hear the audio and talk to the active call on discord. This happened once before but fixed itself after I uninstalled GTA 5 and updated my graphics drivers. It started up again after I installed Fall Guys but the problem has extended to Valorant and presumably other games too. I have to restart the computer, but when I get back on the game the same thing happens after a few minutes. If I'm not gaming the computer works fine i.e streaming, etc.

So far I've checked for windows updates, checked CPU and GPU temperatures with NZXT cam, updated and reinstalled graphics drivers, uninstalled Fall Guys, and made sure my State Power Management is off.

I've had this computer since January of this year.

Here are my Specs

Try installing the GPU drivers from the GPU manufacturer's web site. They are often better,

Is your computer's 465 GB capacity C: drive a hard disk(HDD) or solid state(SSD) one?

Thank you. Both of them are SSD. Just tried downloading the drivers from the website. About to try the game and see if it crashes.

I was running discord only.

I'm not sure, to be honest. I'm guessing the DCH? I can uninstall and reinstall one version from those links if that would be helpful?
What extras would I need to install?

Other than the graphics driver and audio driver, I don't select anything else in the list for my GeForce GT 1030 graphics card in Windows 10 which uses a HDMI connection to the monitor.
I do a clean install and use the standard driver.
You would have to decide if you need any of the other extras.

What is the exact make, model and wattage of your power supply?

Roughly how long have you had the machine?
