Hello, I am pretty much PC illiterate, But I recently Reinstalled my new Windows XP on my gateway, everything went ok, but when my WIN XP came up after I Reinstalled The icons, and everything else are EXTRA LARGE, I went to support it told me "The resolution was too low" When I went to Control Panel to change it by dragging this slide to a higher resolution, The thing is the Slider wont drag, Im not sure how to fix the resolution, Any help would be greatly appreciated
    Thank you

You might have to change the "Color Quality", located on the same screen as the resolution slide. It should be at 'highest'.
