My screen shifts to the left in games only. Its fine in the desktop. Interestingly it doesn't leave a black bar on the right side of the screen. I have the right resolution selected for my monitor (1920 x 1080) on my desktop and in games. This effect occurs no matter what resolution i select in game. Changing the screen position using the monitor menu does not correct the issue and it means I have to change it back on the desk top.

    My specs:

    i5 2500k
    8GB Ram
    GeForce GTX 560ti
    Windows 7 Home 64 bit
    1920 x 1080 monitor resolution

    I have tried:

    Installing new drivers
Uninstalling drivers and allowing Windows to find and install drivers.
Shifting screen manually using monitor menu.
    Changing screen resolution in game.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    1) If there is an auto-adjust feature on your monitor try that in-game
    2) Try changing your refresh rate (preferably lower)
    3) Search for a patch online for your game
